The much-awaited anime adaptation of a Filipino comic book series, TRESE, is revealed to be dropping on Netflix next month.
Netflix Queu on Twitter revealed the lineup of films and shows in the US for the month of June, and TRESE is listed under June 11. Given how the streaming platform tends to release its titles at the same time here in the Philippines, we can also expect the show to be released here on that day.

Not only that, a video from the upcoming series is also circulating on social media, giving us a closer look at Alexandra Trese and the enigmatic pair Kambal in action! Check it out below:
TRESE centers on the city detective Alexandra Trese who is tasked to investigate cases that involve the supernatural, including murders and other crimes linked to the creatures from our very own mythology. Alongside Trese is the masked gun-wielding duo known as the Kambal.
Back in March, it has been revealed that the show’s protagonist, Alexandra Trese, will be voiced by Liza Soberano for the Filipino dub, and Shay Mitchell for the English version.
