Last March 15, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas revealed the full list of nominees for this yearās Oscars. Despite the pandemicās effect of cinema closures for over a year, the 93rd Academy Awards is pushing through to celebrate the best films.
The Oscars are usually anticipated every February or March, so this yearās April celebration is noticeably delayed. Additionally, the Academy has also adjusted the submission deadlines and extended the eligibility period. All films nominated have a release date between January 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021.
While we missed out on watching the Oscar nominated films on the big screen, Netflix brings us 18 films to enjoy safely in our own homes. Now we can have a pre-Oscars movie marathon before the ceremony happening on April 25! Which of these movies are you watching first?
