A few weeks after Netflix teased us with the first-look images to their new thriller K-drama, the streaming site has finally unveiled the official trailer to Sweet Home, premiering this December 18.

The 10-episode drama is based on a webtoon of the same name. It follows a reclusive high schooler named Cha Hyun Soo, who moves into a new apartment after a family tragedy. It’s there that he encounters and faces monsters that reflect humans’ internal desires.
The series stars Song Kang as Hyun Su, Lee Jin Wook as Sang Wook, Lee Si Young as Yi Kyung, and Lee Do Hyun as Eun Hyeok. Joining them are Go Min Si, Park Kyu Young, and Go Yoon Jung, who play Eun Yu, Jae Heon, Ji Su, and Yu Ri, respectively.
The series comes from director Lee Eung Bok, who’s famous for helming the dramas Mr. Sunshine, Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, and Descendants of the Sun.
Sweet Home launches globally on Netflix this December 18. While waiting for the new series, you can read the webtoon here.
