Descendants of the Sun star Song Hye Kyo is reportedly coming back to the small screen for the drama Now, We are Breaking Up! This news comes to years after Encounter, which she starred in alongside Park Bo Gum.
Now We are Breaking Up centers on Ha Young Eun, the leader of the design team at a fashion label. Ilgan Sports describes her character as a “cold-hearted realist” who would rather reap the rewards for her work and not waste time getting emotional over men.
According to Song Hae Kyo’s agency, the actress is currently considering the role of Ha Young Eun.
Soompi also reported that Yoo Ae and Yoo Tae Oh both turned down doing roles for the drama.
The drama comes from director Lee Gil Bok who worked as the cinematographer for My Love from the Star and Vagabond. It will also be featuring a screenplay from Je In, who also penned the script for Misty.
