Directed by Dan Villegas, with a script by Juan Miguel Severo, Hintayan ng Langit tells the story of Lisang who died from a complication of diabetes two years ago. After staying in her waiting room in purgatory for 2 years, she is finally set to crossover, and she learns that her room is to be leased to a new tenant: Manolo, her ex-boyfriend who has recently just died. The film stars Gina Pareño and Eddie Garcia.
The film premiered as part of QCinema Film Festival 2018, and had its nationwide run last November.
