Charlize Theron of Mad Max: Fury Road, Atomic Blonde, and the Fast & Furious franchise will star on Netflix’s next action-packed film, The Old Guard.
The trailer has just been released and it already gives us a glimpse of the film’s thrilling sequences. Watch it now:
The Old Guard follows a group of mercenaries with the mysterious inability to die. They have spent centuries protecting the people from the shadows.
However, when their special abilities are suddenly exposed, it is up to their leader Andy and their newest recruit Nile, to help the group eliminate those who seek to weaponize their immortality.
The film is based on the acclaimed graphic novel from Greg Rucka.
The Old Guard is directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood and it also stars KiKi Layne, Marwan Kenzari, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
