Go Go 70s is a film set in 1970s Korea when the country was under the military autocratic regime, with the youth leading the revolutionary upheaval of pop culture. It centers on the singer Sang Kyu and guitarist Man Shik who forms a rock group called “Devils” with four other members after wandering the shabby clubs of a U.S. military campsite town. They achieve stardom, but their heyday doesn’t last long, especially after they lose a member in a club fire and the government shut down clubs. Despite this, Sang Kyun still strives to make another passionate concert for the Devils.

Here, Min Ah plays Mimi, a groupie who followed Devils from the town and becomes a dance and fashion icon. Also starring in this film are Jop Seung Woo, Lee Sung Min, Cha Seung Woo, and more.

My Girlfriend is a Gumiho

My Girlfriend is a Gumiho follows Cha Dae Woong — a university student who visits a temple and accidentally sets free a Gumiho who’s been trapped in a painting for 500 years. Running away from it, he severely injures himself but the Gumiho, who takes the form of a beautiful woman, saves him. To repay her for helping him, the Gumiho asks Dae Woong to help her become human and teach her to act like one.

Lee Seung Gi plays Cha Dae Woong in this drama, starring alongside Shin Min Ah who plays the beautiful mythical creature. Also starring in this 2010 drama are Noh Min Woo, Hyo Min, Park Soo Jin, Yoon Yoo Sun, and more.

Oh My Venus

In Oh My Venus, Shin Min Ah plays Kang Joo Eun, a lawyer who was once known to be “Daegu’s Venus.” However, over the years, she becomes overweight and unhealthy, and gets dumped by her boyfriend of 15 years. She then meets So Ji Sub’s Kim Yeong Ho, who agrees to be her personal trainer to help her get healthier. Tomorrow With You is about a successful CEO named Yoo So Joon who has the ability to time travel when he takes the subway. Shin Min Ah, who plays Ma Rin, stars alongside Lee Je Hoon in this drama.

Chief of Staff is a political drama about politicians and their aides who all try to climb the political ladder. Meanwhile, Shin Min Ah plays Kang Sun Young, a first-year lawmaker elected through proportional representation who is a spokesperson for her party. She finds herself in an awkward relationship with Jang Tae Joon, whose boss is a rival of the senior lawmaker who put her in her position.

Diva is a 2020 film about a “Diving Diva” named Lee Young who changes her event to synchronized swimming because she misses her best friend Soo Jin. As she gets her memory back, she begins to remember a strange side of Soo Jin, and she begins to lose her control on the diving board.

In this film, Shin Min Ah plays the diver Lee Young, while Lee Yoo Young plays Soo Jin.

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha follows the dentist Yoon Hye Jin, who moves and establishes a clinic in Gongjin after things go awry in the city. Itā€™s in this seaside village that she meets Hong Du Sik, a jack-of-all-trades whoā€™s known for doing odd jobs for the people in the village. Despite their differences, the two eventually grow fond of each other, developing a kind of chemistry thatā€™s also full of teasing and bickering.

Here, Shin Min Ah stars as Yoon Hye Jin alongside Kim Seon Ho who takes on the role of Hong Du Sik. Also starring in this drama are Lee Sang Yi, In Gyo Jin, Jo Han Chul, Lee Bong Ryun, and more.
