The Politician centers on Ben Platt's Payton Hobart who's always known that he's going to be the president of the United States since he was seven. However, to fulfill his dream, he must go through everything from being elected as Student Body President to getting a spot at Harvard. He will then have to outsmart his classmates without sacrificing his image and morality.
The show features an all-star cast which includes Ben Platt, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Lange, Lucy Boynton, Laura Dreyfuss, and more.
