The eighth season of Game of Thrones premieres next month on HBO, and after giving us teasers (we mean 3-seconder clips!) and glimpses of what's to come, fans are finally treated with the official trailer for the show's final season.
Watch it here below:
The trailer shows the most important characters in the show, and where we can expect to see them in the season. This includes Arya who seems to be running for her life and from something we still aren't sure of; Cersei and Qyburn in King's Landing; Daenerys and Jon Snow marching away from Winterfell with their army; Sansa who is looking at Dany's two dragons flying over her; and the hooves of a horse we believe to be the one that the Night King is riding.
The eighth and final season of Game of Thrones will be premiering in Asia same time as the U.S. on April 15, 9AM, with a same-day encore at 10PM on HBO Go and HBO.
If you're one of the fans who still hasn't caught up to the show, or just wants to have a recap on all the previous seasons, HBO SIGNATURE will also become a dedicated Game of Thrones channel for the entire month of March and April. During then, they will be screening all past seasons of the show, as well as behind-the-scenes featurettes, 24/7!
Game of Thrones, which is based on a book series by George R.R. Martin, is created by David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. It stars Peter Dinklage, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke, Aidan Gillen, Kit Harington, Sophie Turner, and Maisie Williams.
