The redesigned website has three tabs: See and Do, Where to Go, and Events and Festivals. The See and Do tab directs you to a page with the six tourism products that the country has to offer, namely Dive, Nature, Sun and Beach, Adventure, Food and Hospitality, and Events and Culture. Clicking on each product will give the user a list of the destinations and activities regarding the chosen endeavor.

Under the Where to Go tab, tourists will be offered a virtual map to get the basic information on the 16 regions and provinces of the country they might wish to go to. Included are routes to get there, nearby spots worth exploring, and places to stay.

“We have made the website very inclusive as we recognize the value of our private sector’s involvement and support in this." shares DOT Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat. "This is one of many efforts we are doing to encourage tourist establishments to go through our accreditation process in order to provide better service to our tourists.”

Included in the website is a travel booking system made possible by Guide to the Philippines. The partnership also intends to link the tourists to DOT-accredited tour operators and tourism establishments.

The DOT also stressed that the website is a timeless domain name that is not dependent on any government’s tourism campaign or slogan.
