Pay Without a Credit Card When You Travel with Agoda

Agoda offers two new ways to pay without a credit card!

No credit card? No problem. Agoda’s new payment solutions enable Filipinos to travel more and have access to Agoda’s great prices.

Agoda, one of the world’s fastest growing global digital travel platforms has introduced two payment options – “Book without a credit card”, which allows payment at the hotels, and “Counter Payment”, which allows payment at bill payment centers, making it possible for Filipinos to instantly book accommodations on Agoda without a credit card.

The “Book without a credit card” option is now available in more than 1,000 hotels across the Philippines. Travelers can quickly and easily identify properties that offer this payment method with a “Book without a credit card” badge on the search page, or easily use Agoda’s search filter to find these properties on the Agoda platform on desktop and mobile. Travelers then complete the payment at the hotel upon check-in.

The second new payment option “Counter payment” is available on all Agoda domestic properties and allows travelers to pay at bill payment centers. No need to set-up filters for this. Travelers can simply select “Counter Payment” as a payment method when completing the booking form. The “Counter payment” is available at various BDO, BPI, Bayad Center, and LBC branches, with additional partnerships coming soon.

“At Agoda, we use technology to make travel easier for everyone, including finding ways to make the booking journey hassle free, and specifically for payment, that means offering payment options that suit what the traveler needs, be that cash payment, Counter payment, Alipay or credit card,” said Mikel Canete, Country Director of the Philippines, Partner Services Agoda.
