Year after year, motor race fans from all over the world look forward to the Singapore Grand Prix held at the 5.065 kilometer-long Marina Bay Street Circuit. This year, it will be happening from September 15 to 17, and it's basically three days of adrenaline rush from watching not only the races, but also from the concerts that are happen as they days end.
The first Grand Prix in Singapore was held in 1961, back it was only in 2008 that the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix we know today was started. It was the first F1 night race and F1 street circuit in Asia, and those who want to experience this yearly event would go as far as coordinate their travels to coincide the Grand Prix.

During the last few years, the Singapore Grand Prix brought Kylie Minogue, Maroon 5, Bon Jovi, Pharell Williams, and Jennifer Lopez, to name a few. This year, it only gets bigger as artists including Ariana Grande, Calvin Harris, The Chainsmokers, Seal, and Duran Duran to perform as every racing day ends.

Getting there: There are a number of airlines offering daily flights from Manila to Singapore. It would be better, though, to book a flight months ahead as a lot of tourists flock to Singapore during this season as well. To get to the Marina Bay Street Circuit, you may decide if you want to take the train, ride a taxi, or book a Grab or Uber ride from your hotel or point of pick-up.
