The internet boyfriend Keanu Reeves is reprising his role as the aspiring musician in the upcoming film Bill & Ted Face The Music!
To those who are not familiar with the Bill & Ted franchise, Keanu Reeves first played the role of slacker musician Theodore "Ted" Logan before he took the roles of Neo, Constantine, and other action film characters the likes of John Wick. As Ted, he played opposite Alex Winter's William "Bill" S. Preston, Esq., in the film Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure in 1989 followed by Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey in 1991. Now, after almost 30 years, we're getting a first look at the third installment of the franchise. Check out the images below:
Bill & Ted Face The Music follows the eponymous duo in the present day. Now middle-aged, the two are still trying to create the song for their band the Wyld Stallyns, that was said bring harmony to the universe. But the two are then spiraled into an exhilarating journey to save the world, alongside their daughters and a familiar pale white face.
The film also stars Samara Weaving (Ready or Not) and Brigette Lundy-Paine (Atytpical) as Bill and Ted's daughters, with actor musician Kid Cudi. William Sandler will also be reprising his role as Death. Bill & Ted 3 is directed by Dean Parisot and is set for a release on August 2020.
