BTS’ ‘Butter’

BTS has finally dropped their most recent English single ‘Butter’ last Friday! This comes with a bright and colorful video that features the group as they dance along to the summer song. The new MV broke BTS’ own record for ‘Dynamite’ after earning over 113 million YouTube views within 24 hours of its release. The song also debuted at No. 1 on iTunes’ Top Songs chart in 101 regions including the Philippines, United States, Canada, Britain, and more.

The South Korean group performed the song for the first time today at the Billboard Music Awards.

After it was canceled last year because of the pandemic, Eurovision — the world’s most popular live music event — was held last May 23 in the Netherlands. The Italian punk rock band Måneskin beat France and Switzerland for the biggest award, and are now set to host next year’s event. This marks the country’s third win in the competition.
