BTS’ “Fix You” Cover
ICYMI, BTS made their MTV Unplugged debut last week, where they performed their hits “Dynamite” and “Life Goes On.” The group also performed for the first time songs from their most recent album BE — “Telepathy” and “Blue & Grey” — as well as a soulful cover of Coldplay’s “Fix You.”
The cover received so much love not only from their ARMY, but also from Coldplay themselves who tweeted about the cover and commented on MTV’s official video.
Tom & Jerry
Warner Bros,’ Tom & Jerry finally premiered in US cinemas and HBO Max last February 26. It scored the second-best opening during the pandemic since the reopening of theaters back in August. The movie follows Tom and Jerry’s reemerging rivalry after Jerry moves into New York City’s finest hotel on the eve of a big wedding. Because of this, the event planner has to hire Tom to get rid of him. The cat-and-mouse battle then escalates, threatening to ruin the wedding and even the hotel itself.
The movie stars Chloe Grace Moretz,Ā Michael PeƱa,Ā Colin Jost,Ā Rob Delaney, andĀ Ken Jeong in live-action roles. Nicky Jam, Bobby Cannavale, and lil Rey Howery also lent their voices for the film.
My Hero Academia
The fifth season of the popular anime series My Hero Academia is coming this March 27! Just in time for the new season, fans are treated with the newest trailer for the season, which hints at the events of the Joint Training Arc. This includes the upcoming battles between Class 1-A and Class 1-B.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus
There’s a new Pokemon RPG in the works, and we’ve got the first-look trailer right here! The story of the game is set in the Sinnoh region, before the setting of the other Pokemon games. The game will provide players (or trainers) with an immersive experience, as they encounter, study, and battle different pokemon. The game is expected to launch worldwide on Switch in 2022.
Shadow and Bone
Netflix has just released the first teaser to Shadow and bone. The series is based on Leigh Bardugo’s Grishaverse novels, following a lowly soldier and orphan Alina Starkov, who trains as part of Grisha — an elite army of magical soldiers. As she develops her powers, she realizes that allies and foes can be the same people and that nothing in the world she knows is what it seems.
The 8-part series stars Jessie Mei Li, Archie Renaux, Freddy Carter, Amita Suman, Kit Young, and more. It premieres on Netflix this April 23.
