BTS’ new album BE

South Korean group BTS has finally released their newest album BE last Friday! The 8-track album, with the title track “Life Goes On,” is said to be the group’s most BTS-esque album yet, with every member participating in the production of the songs, and the other tasks involved in making an album. Other songs included in the album are: “Fly To My Room,” “Blue & Grey,” “Telepathy,” “Dis-ease,” “Stay,” and the chart-topping track “Dynamite.” The album also features a “Skit” — an audio recording from when the members found out “Dynamite” hit the top of the Billboard Hot 100.

Kim Ji Won in City Couple’s Way of Love

Fight For My Way star Kim Ji Won is starring alongside Ji Chang Wook in the upcoming KakaoTV original drama City Couple’s Way of Love. To tease of the upcoming drama, KakaoTV has uploaded the moving poster of the characters as they talk about their ideal partners.


The short-form romance drama centers on the realistic love lives of young people all trying to survive in a hectic city. It stars Kim Ji Won, Ji Chang Wook, Han Ji Won, Kim Min Seok, Ryu Kyung Soo, and So Ju Yeon. It premieres on KakaoTV this December 8.

Siargao Reopens for Tourists

The Department of Tourism announced yesterday that Siargao Island, the country’s surfing capital, will reopen its shores again to tourists starting today, November 23. Numerous health and safety standards will be implemented for tourists who will be visiting the island. Tourists also need to present requirements like an e-health pass, a negative COVID-19 result, confirmed bookings, and round-trip tickets upon arrival.

Princess Switch: Switched Again

ICYMI, Princess Switch: Switch Again is now streaming on Netflix! The sequel to The Princess Switch, the film follows Duchess Margaret who inherits the throne and hits a rough patch with her boyfriend Kevin. Stacy, now a Princess of Belgravia, must try to get back together, while a third look-alike comes in the story to try and steal the throne.

The film stars Vanessa Hudgens, Sam Palladio, and Nick Sagar.

Wonder Woman 1984

Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins and lead star Gal Gadot announced last November 19 that Wonder Woman 1984 will be making its premiere in international cinemas on December 16, and launch in US theaters and on HBO Max on December 25. The film will be available to the streaming service’s subscribers for a month, with no additional costs.

Wonder Woman 1984 film follows the heroine as she squares off against two new villains — Max Lord and the Cheetah. Starring in the film are Gal Gadot, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, and Chris Pine.
