Disney's The Lion King
March 18 to May 20 (The Theatre at Solaire)

Michael Cassel Group in association with Disney Theatrical Productions announces the first international tour of the world’s #1 musical, Disney’s THE LION KING, to premiere in Manila in March 2018 with additional engagements in Singapore, Korea, Taiwan and South Africa.

Lion King, which begins its Manila run on March 18, 2018 at The Theatre at Solaire, is the stage adaptation of the 1994 Disney film of the same name. It follows Simba, a young lion born into the royal family, who flees their land after his father Mufasa is killed by his uncle, Scar. When he grew up, he hears the plea from the inhabitants of his land, thus begins his mission of taking down an enemy and fulfilling his destiny to be a king. 

Design Week Philippines
April 14 to 22 (various venues)

Design Week Philippines promises a nine-day borderless creative festivity with its powerhouse team of 41 partners, 32 events in 16 venues all over the metro this April 2018.

Slated on 14-22 April 2018, Design Week Philippines offers a series of design talks, design tours, hands-on workshops, exhibitions, art booths, live performances, outdoor film showing, weekend market and a lot more to make sure you get your dose of design, creativity, and good vibes.

Art in Poblacion: Art Auction at the Heart of Makati's Most Creative District

Nat Geo Earth Day Run 2018
April 22 (SM Mall of Asia Grounds) 

Nat Geo Earth Day Run 2018, one of the most awaited and well-attended running events in the country every year, is slated for April 22, at the SM Mall of Asia Grounds.

Now on its 9 th year, the Nat Geo Earth Day Run reinforces its commitment to preserving the planet by calling all “Eco Warriors” to be part of the exciting race which will coincide with the celebration of the International Earth Day.

Registration fee for the 3K category is Php 750.00, 5K category is Php 850.00, 10K category is Php 950.00, and 21K is Php1, 400.00. The gun start for participants of the 21K run is at 3:30AM, 10K is at 4:00AM, 5K is at 5:30AM, and 3K is at 6:00AM.
