Noel Bazaar

Musikapella Competition 2017

November 25 (AFP Theater)

The most-awaited high school chorale competition in the Metro is back as the UP Economics Society brings you Musikapella 2017.

Now on its 13th year, the annual choir contest just got better as it will feature incredibly talented chorales from the Greater Manila Area adding color and life to Filipino Christmas songs from before the year 2000.

Musikapella will be held at the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Theater on November 25, 2017 and tickets are now available at P350.

 

 

The Rest is Noise Year-End

Hair the Musical

The first tribal love-rock musical to ever hit Broadway is finally coming to the Philippine stage! Hair, which will be running from November 17 to December 17 at the OnStage Theater in Greenbelt 1, Makati, is Repertory Philippines' grand year-end musical for 2017. 

Hair will be taking its audience back to 1960s New York – the time when hippies began to form tribes as a form of protest against the Vietnam War. It follows a native Oklahoma farm boy named Claude, who meets a tribe of Central Park hippies who inspires him to go against the war, his parents, and society; to assert love, peace, and freedom, instead.
