The Show Must Go On adds ‘The Phantom Of The Opera’ Free Re-Broadcast on YouTube

The upcoming show stars Ramin Karimloo and  Sierra Bogess as the Phantom and Christine, respectively!

Missed last year's The Phantom of the Opera run in Manila? Andrew Lloyd Weber is making his other works available to stream online through the YouTube channel The Show Must Go On. As announced by Playbill, The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall, which celebrates the musical's 25th year will be streaming for free for 48 hours starting this April 17, 2PM ET (April 18, 2AM Philippine Time)

The musical is based on the novel Le Fantôme de L'Opéra by Gaston Leroux and centers on the disfigured musical genius known as the Phantom who haunts the Paris Opera House. He instantly becomes mesmerized by the young soprano, and he lures her to be his protégé, eventually falling in love with her. The Phantom's obsession with her then becomes something that involves jealousy, madness, and passion.

The upcoming show stars Ramin Karimloo and  Sierra Bogess as the Phantom and Christine, respectively.

The Shows Must Go One has already aired Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Jesus Christ Superstar in the previous weeks. The stream will be encouraging the audience to donate for various organizations that support those affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

The Phantom of the Opera Live at the Royal Albert Hall is streaming in the Philippines for 48 hours starting this Saturday, April 18, 2AM.
