The zombies are coming… in the third installment of the video game franchise, Plants Vs. Zombies!
Plants Vs. Zombies 3 undergoes a soft launch which started here in the Philippines. Once again, we get to plant Peashooters, Wallnuts, and more to defend our brains from the hungry, trespassing zombies. From the same developers, Electronic Arts and PopCap Games, comes the continuation between the unending battle between our leafy allies and their nemesis Dr. Zomboss and his undead minions.
The tower-defense game promises more action, more strategies, and well, more tacos! Instead of the wacky 2D art we've known, the game now makes a distinct change with a 3D rendering on its plants and zombies. The gameplay also gets a few changes as the developers wanted to incorporate social play, faster combat, and deeper synergies for the plant team, this according to PopCap Games Executive Producer Bruce Maclean.
