The Story
Isla Sala is a brand formed by Sarah Phoebe Lim and her sister during the pandemic. According to Sarah, they have been planning to start a business together for a long time already. However, they weren’t able to do so as they’ve always been busy with work.
Since they’re both staying at home during quarantine, they were finally able to launch Isla Sala last June. With this, they aim to bring the island vibes to their customers, until everyone can go to the beach themselves once the pandemic is over.
The Specialty
Because the brand is born out of Sarah and her sister’s love for the beach, it’s only natural that they feature items that would remind them of that ambiance and the calmness it brings while still staying indoors. “We, ourselves, want to be reminded of the sound of the waves, the soft sand, and the salty water in the midst of this crisis,” Sarah explained.
Sarah’s sister handpicks all the items they offer herself. Asked about their highly-recommended piece, Sarah said that people should definitely check out their rugs, which come in two designs – Boracay and Siargao – named after the place they remind them of. It’s also the perfect add-on to bedrooms and living spaces for that pop of color in it.
Aside from the rugs, a crowd-favorite from Isla Sala is the Body Vase. With the growing love of people for plants and dried flowers lately, it’s the perfect statement piece to add to complete a room’s aesthetic!

How to Order:
Interested customers can simply send Isla Sala a direct message on Instagram to inquire about their item of choice and fill up the order form. Payments can be via online banking (BPI, BDO) or through GCash and Paymaya.
Customers from or near Caloocan and Greenhills may opt to pick-up their orders by schedule while those who live in other cities in Metro Manila can choose to have it delivered via third-party couriers. Those who have bulky items, or are from outside Metro Manila, can also have their items shipped via LBC.
