The idea for the brand Herloque, according to owner Jomar Ching, came even before the community quarantine. However, they were only able to launch their Instagram page in July – an ideal time for them as people started going out again and adapting to the new normal.
Through the brand, Jomar and his wife thought that it’s a good way to help lessen the spread of the virus, while also earning additional income for the family. “We named the Herloque hygienic key after our daughter since she’s the person we wanted to be safe the most,” Jomar added.
As someone who’s into easy-to-carry items, it’s only natural that Jomar eventually decided to sell Hygienic Keys. The item is perfect for those who have to do simple tasks – from opening doors to pressing elevator buttons. That way users can reduce their contact from contaminated surfaces, and lessen their risk of catching the virus.
Herloque’s hygienic keys are also 100% made from copper, which has natural antimicrobial properties and can kill microbes in a shorter period of time. The keychain is currently priced at P325, but they do offer them at reseller and bulk rates.
How to Order:
Herloque Hygienic Keys is located in Tondo, Manila. To order, you may just send them a message on their social media pages. Payments can be via bank transfers, GCash, and Paymaya.
