To be able to provide convenience while prioritizing the safety, SM Aura Premier has redefined customer service with the launch of its Aura Concierge: a system that is tailor-fitted to the customer’s preference for getting his or her essentials. The Aura Concierge features three solutions for the customer to choose from:
Chat with the Concierge
For consumers who prefer to shop for their own groceries or other necessities, the mall has tweaked its online messenger to answer questions on availability of the item you need before you arrive at the store. This does not only save time for the customer, but also adds a preventive measure to refine the customer’s exposure outside of their home.
Get and Go
For the neighbor that chooses to order and pick-up food and essentials, SM Aura offers a curbside walk and drive-through. Simply choose from the list of open establishments that may be found on their social media pages; contact the restaurant or store directly to order and arrange for payment. Your order will be waiting for you when you walk or drive through the mall.
The Aura Shopper
If you wish to have your basics delivered to you, SM Aura Premier has partnered with Angkas to provide dedicated “Aura Shoppers” that you may book from the comfort of your own home. Shoppers are able to buy from multiple establishments within the mall such as groceries, medicine, food, hardware, and other essentials. Message SM Aura Premier on their Facebook messenger, fill up a form, and a personal shopper will be designated to you. The shopper will directly communicate on items you may need to replace or any extra order you may have. Once the shopper has completed your order, he will deliver the items directly to you on the same day.
