Here’s a list of adjusted hours, temporary closures and suspensions, and additional safety measures announced by Entertainment City integrated resorts, in light of COVID-19 developments in the country and in compliance with PAGCOR's Memorandum.
- Temporary suspension of gaming operations, its three luxury hotels (Nuwa, Nobu, and Hyatt Regency) and all restaurants and guest facilities on property
- Casino/Gaming: temporary suspension of operations from March 16 to April 14, 2020
- Newport Mall: temporary closure, including all its cinemas
- Sunday Mass: suspension of regular Sunday Masses at the Newport Performing Arts Theater vestibule
- RWM Shuttle Services: temporary suspention of all provincial shuttle services until April 14, 2020; included in suspension are its Metro Manila stations — McDonald's Emerald Ortigas, McDonald's Banaue QC, McDonald's U.N. Manila, McDonald's Buendia Pasay, and McDonald's BGC/McKinley Taguig
- Mariott Hotel Manila: will not be accepting hotel bookings and reservations until further notice; temporary closure of selected facilities and restaurant outlets (West Wing, Quan Spa, Man Ho, Cru Steakhouse, Manila Life Cafe, Still Tea & Whisky Lounge)
- Sheraton Manila Hotel: suspension of hotel bookings and reservations until further notice
- Hilton Manila Hotel: will not be accepting any accommodation bookings and reservations during the quarantine period
- Savoy Hotel Manila: will not be accepting any accommodation bookings and reservations during the quarantine period
- Belmont Hotel Manila: temporary closure of hotel until further notice
- Hotel Okura Manila: Restaurant Yamazato to resume operations on March 18, 2020 (Thursday)
- Casino/Gaming: temporary closure of all gaming operations until community quarantine is adjusted/lifted
- The Shoppes at Solaire will be temporarily closed
- Hotel and restaurants: open and operational, while adhering to safety standards, and enforcing social distancing
- Casino/Gaming: gaming floor operations temporarily suspended until further notice
- The Fountain and Cove Manila: temporarily closed until further notice
- Other attractions (Food, Retail, Hotel): operational, as the integrated resort enforces several preventive measures in place against the coronavirus
- Okada Manila will temporarily suspend its property-wide operations once all guests have checked out of the property starting Friday, March 20, 2020, until further notice
