Hobbs and Shaw feels more like a standalone film than a spin-off from the Fast and Furious franchise. No Toretto team, lesser luxury cars and family drama but more hilarious and brawny action sequences. It's entertaining to watch the banter and bickering between these two. Parang nakakahon na sila sa mga ganitong characters eh. Nevermind the head-scratching superhuman strength and over the top gravity defying scenes, just enjoy the ride! Also watch out on some pop culture references, surprise cameos at may tumalo na sa GOTG2 sa paramihan ng post-credit scenes. Hahah!

I literally lost count how many movies we already have for the Fast and Furious franchise. But instead of focusing on Vin Diesel and his "family", this movie focuses on The Rock and Jason Statham.

When Statham first appeared a few movies back, he killed Han and became the antagonist in the franchise. But then, because he's likeable, and had perfect chemistry with Dwayne Johnson, he's now one of the good guys.

Of all the Fast and Furious films, I believe this is the most action packed. The movie is awesome, action sequences are somewhat unbelievable, great humor between Rock and Statham, and perfect new additions on the franchise that will surely surprise everyone.

The movie feels convoluted though and it makes it feel longer than usual. Also, being it a Fast and Furious movie, you somewhat feel you're waiting for Ludacris to pop out somewhere. Good thing is, there's still the sick wheels and of course, the killer soundtrack.

Watch this guys. You dont have to watch the rest of Fast and Furious franchise to understand this. Its like a stand alone movie of its own.

Mid and post credits scene guys. Don't leave. Enjoy.

    Action-packed Hilarious Love the Soundtrack
