A jaded filmmaker goes to Quiapo to document the feast of the Black Nazarene. There he meets a young delinquent whose mother is sick, and seeks to touch the Black Nazarene in hopes of a miracle to help his mother. Moved by the boy's devotion, the filmmaker risks life and limb to help him out.
