In 1954, a U.S. Marshall is assigned to investigate the disappearance of a patient at a remote island hospital in Boston. He heads out to the island, and finds that the hospital has some unusual methods of treatment. As he gets closer to the truth, strange occurrences has him doubting everything he's seen.
