Not as horrible as I suspected. Those negative news and reviews almost made me skip this one, but I am glad that I saw this on the big screen. Dark Phoenix is not the worst in the franchise, though not the best either. It is not in pace with Days Of Future Past, First Class, and X2. This movie is even better than a handful of MCU movies. The score of Hanz Zimmer stands out, Michael Fassbender in action is a sight to behold, and that first act surprise really grabbed me. Sorry critics and some naysayers, I may have a second viewing of this flick.
