*[Disclaimer: I'm no professional movie critic, I'm just a regular viewer.]* First of All: Ever since I've seen its trailer, to be honest it's a mix of hesitation and extatic feeling watching it, but boy oh boy it erased my hesitation and exceeded my expectation as I watched it. Btw, you can also watch this movie with your kids, with parental guidance of course in some of its section. Okay, without further a do, here are some of my thoughts about this awesome movie. What made me fall in love with this movie is the art design and action animation of it. The combination of reality and animation is so damn genius! In addition to that are the fun and intense action scenes really caught my attention. (I kinda felt my amusement as when I 1st watch Avatar on 3D/IMAX) I'm not even exaggerating nor even an expert on cinematography, but I can feel the amount of dedication that they've put into this movie, everything is so crisp, I even felt like I was in the movie, that kind of intuitive. (because why not? AI and robotics are as close as where our generation is at right now). Phasing wise though, kinda slow, but thats okay, because it will serve its purpose as you go along the story arc. Story wise: there are a lot of things that will boggle you as you watch along, but if they've decided to make a prequel and a sequel of this movie, I guess all the questions will be answered later on. But for now, let's savor 1st the storyline of this movie, for me, the story is pretty decent. I would really love if they will make those sequel and prequel come into a reality, with an equal amount of dedication that they've put on this one and more of course, specially on the story arc. Overall: I will give Alita: Battle Angle a fun 4.8/5 stars. Hope you'll enjoy watching this movie. :)
