    The film boasts a strong awareness and firm timeliness regarding socio-political issues with the black minorities of America (and people of African descent in general), superb performances from an incredibly talented cast (with Coogler film-alum Michael B. Jordan and breakout star Letitia Wright stealing the show), a simple story albeit one that is complete and well-rounded, notable cinematography, beautiful African-influenced production and costume design, and a creative musical score where said African influence breathes into the movie. Black Panther definitely stands out, not just as a Marvel film, but as a standalone that recognizes its own relevance and the weighty political climate it addresses. Nothing but love for this one.
