Joel Rizalino Torre (born June 19, 1961) is a Filipino actor who is best known for his numerous films such as José Rizal and On the Job, with the latter winning him the Best Actor Award at the 17th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival. He studied at the University of St. La Salle in Bacolod City, Philippines.
