You won’t expect too much action on this film but a good way to start on questions like How, What, When and Where.

Just keep lookin’ for goose and your penny will be compensated.

I didn't expect that I will enjoy the movie but I actually did. Great story and cast. Captain Marvel's power rocks! And Goose too. Who would think he's the cause of Fury's eye. XD

People who give this movie 5 star despite it's flaws are just plain fanboys or just people who like everything they watch. To be honest, this is just one of those average superhero movies where it's not good yet it's not totally bad. The movie is a mess, slow and has poor character development. All you will like in this movie are the flashy fight scenes and even that, most of them feels off and uninspiring because of poor character and storytelling. As a first female-led Marvel movie, this is less exciting than DC's Wonder Woman despite it's hype and expectations.

Avengers: Infinity War was fun becuase it had many characters but the story was short and straight forward. Captain Marvel feels the same but is less fun despite the humor and forced jokes all the Marvel fans like to watch. Still, this is a movie to watch but I would rather recommend watching How to Train Your Dragon on cinemas. I just hope Avengers: Endgame tops this movie because this doesnt make it to be the flagship of Marvel.

For a first female-led Marvel film, and to ever use the word 'Marvel' in its title, I expected too much considering this came out a month before the penultimate conclusion of the Avengers MCU.

Just saw Captain Marvel. It was good movie! I enjoyed it, and there's no real political bullshit people have been claiming it had. It's all just in their head unfortunately. Hahaha.

As for the movie itself, it's not revolutionary or anything. It's not even better or as great as Avengers Infinity War or Winter Soldier. I'll rank it together in Par with Doctor Strange and Spiderman Homecoming.

The pacing was kinda off to be honest, some fight scenes we're a little shaky, and some scenes had poor lighting. They have a lot of 90s references which I didn't really get. The characters thought, I loved Carol and Nick. They really are a good team. Whoever said Brie can't act is in for a treat. I think she did great! This was the only Marvel film that had a lot of plot twist here and there that I genuinely love.

As mentioned, didn't think the movie was Oscar worthy but because of the hate it's getting I'm glad I watched it before blindingly doing so. Marvel did it again!! <3
