A man who's supposed to be dead wakes up at the hands of a group of organ traffickers. He manages to escape, but his heart has been replaced with an artificial one. With its battery running low, he has to find ways to keep it charged, even if it means electrocuting himself, just so he can stay alive long enough to find his heart.
