Culion is a film set in the 1940s on an island that was once a leprosarium. It's about three leper women who are trying to fight the stigma of their illness while redefining their roles as women, mother, friend, and human being.

    Sobrang bitin. Nasaan yung cure? Ano nangyari during war? Paano sila naging malaya? Hindi maganda. Tama nga yung iba. Kaya inalis siya sa mga mall cinemas. Kahit sa mga micro cinemas tulad ng Cinema 76 at Cinema Centenario hindi eto sinali. Cameo lang si John Lloyd Cruz. Hindi din nabigyan hustisya yung pang rape at suicide ni Jasmine Curtis Smith. Sa aspeto ng History, wala ka matutunan sa movie na to. Mas magandang iGoogle nalang.

    Great movie!My only problem was it was kinda dragging but history was on point!historical context still applicable to this day.Cried in a few scenes too and noticed powerful methapors.

    Overrated masyado, nagexpect ako ng madami pero ganito lang ang naibigay parang walang tinatakbo ang istorya. Tanging si Jasmine Curtis Smith at Iza Calzado lang ang nagpaganda sa palabas na ito. Kaya pala mahina nga ito at napupullout na sa mga sinehan. Kaya wag kayong magreklamo kung inalis ito. Tingnan niyo ang mga nag rate ng 5 stars mga fake account lang yan na puro Ortega ang apilido.

    Its not a good movie. Pangit ng Storyline, cinematography, effects at iba pa. Pero i find some very interesting characters na sana dun nalang ginawan ng storyline and drama. Mas maganda pa manood ng MMK kaysa movie na ito.
