4 stars, the movie is good but slow and my poor eyes can't handle how the camera works, i love that the characters has very little to limited lines but you can still feel the intensity of the scenes.

As much as the film tries to tell a story about revenge, forgiveness, inequality and the excess, it all falls flat with its convoluted and predictable ending. In Mendoza’s pursuit of trying to capture the visceral and the quotidian, his films in turn would often feel gimmicky and disingenuous. Apag is no exception.
