A group of senior high school students invent the app 'Caught in the Act' which allows users to report crimes happening in their community. While testing the app, the teens become witnesses to a crime committed by a syndicate, and when the corrupt head of police gets wind of their involvement, the group becomes the target of both the syndicate and their protector in the police force.
