LOOK: Disney’s Lady and The Tramp Gets a Live-Action Remake

See your beloved 'Lady and The Tramp' characters brought to life in the upcoming live-action film!

After the success of Jon Favreau's realistic take on Disney's The Lion King, it looks like we're getting another set of iconic animal characters coming to life once again!

A live-action film of Lady and The Tramp is coming to Disney+ with real dogs playing the lead roles. Voicing Lady is Tessa Thompson and voicing the Tramp is Justin Theroux.

The photo of the two dogs, has been revealed on the Twitter page of the Disney D23 magazine:

Lady and The Tramp revolves around the pampered cocker spaniel named Lady and the streetwise stray dog Tramp. When Lady finds herself in the streets, Tramp comes in to protect her. But when a budding romance between the dogs start to develop, complications both from the streets and Lady's household threaten to keep the two apart.

The film directed by Charlie Bean will premiere on November 12 at the streaming service Disney+. Alongside Thompson and Theroux are stars Janelle Monae as the voice of Peg, Kiersey Clemons as Darling, Thomas Mann as Jim Dear, Yvette Nicole Brown as Aunt Sarah and Sam Elliott as the voice of Trusty.
