Whenever mind-boggling films are being discussed, the name Christopher Nolan is more than likely to come up. Having directed films like Inception, Interstellar, The Prestige, and Memento, Nolan has made his name known with movies that play with the people's understanding of what is real and what is not.
This 2020, let us delve once again in the twisted reality of Nolan's filmography in his latest work, Tenet. Check out its first trailer below:
The film's trailer doesn't seem to reveal much, but drops many questions instead. What is the role that John David Washington plays? Why are things going backwards as if in a replay? It only gives us a hint that World War III is looming and something worse than a nuclear holocaust will prompt it to take place. As of now, the official synopsis for the film has not yet been revealed and so its plot will remain a mystery for the time being. But knowing Nolan's films, we'd probably get a full understanding of the story, only when we've watched the whole flick.
Directed by Christopher Nolan, Tenet stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Michael Caine, and more. It is set for release on July 17, 2020. For more information, check out the film's official website, and social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
