The first official trailer for Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising is here, and it's full of parties and sorority girls.
After sorority president Madison (Selena Gomez) tells Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) that only frats are allowed to throw parties, Shelby fights the "sexist, restrictive system" and makes her own chapter called Kappa Kappa Nu. The new sorority moves right next door to the Radner's (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) who are having a second baby and trying to sell their home.
The Radners declare war on Shelby and her friends, even calling in his old nemesis Teddy (Zac Efron) to help them close down the sorority.

Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, and Rose Byrne are just a few of the stars from the original who have returned for the film. Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising is set to hit theaters in May 20.
