Vista Cinemas to Reopen This November 10

Vista Cinemas assures the public that the management is following to the letter the guidelines set by the IATF for the reopening of cinemas.

Vista Cinemas, a subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes, is re-opening its doors to movie buffs on November 10 with the showing of Hollywood blockbuster movies, Dune and A Quiet Place Part 2.

As part of navigating the new normal, Vista Cinemas advised their customers to purchase tickets ahead of time to ensure the best seat and get the most suitable schedule for them and their families or friends.

One of the fastest-growing chain of cinemas in the country today, Vista Cinemas assured the public that the management is following to the letter the guidelines set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of COVID-19 on the re-opening of all of the 14 branches of Vista Cinemas and three Starmall Cinemas.

Upon the instructions of the Vista Group, 100 percent of employees have been vaccinated to ensure the protection of both the staff and cinema-goers.

Movie-goers are also required to present vaccination cards, wear face masks and face shields during the screening. Customers are also advised against bringing food and drinks inside the cinema.

To observe proper distancing, there are pre-designated blocked seats that are one-seat-apart and reserved seating.  Intermission time between screenings will be extended for a more intensified sanitation procedure, such as, Hyla EST deep cleaning and steam sanitizing system, UV sterilization, Bactakleen ultramist anti-bacterial fog treatment, and ShieldTec air disinfection with Stihl mist blowers.

For customers purchasing over the counter, Vista Cinemas have placed multiple contactless payment options to choose from, such as, AllEasy, PayMaya, contactless card terminals and payment trays for cash, while online payment options include PayMaya and soon, AllEasy and GCash.

The QR on the ticket will serve as both the contact tracing and the contactless cinema ticket entry — that means the customer would just show the QR portion at the cinema entrance and the personnel will just scan to verify the ticket and customer details and allow entry to the cinema. The standard temperature checks will also be made prior to entering.

At Vista Cinemas, moviebuffs and cinephiles can again experience the unique, enhanced moving sound quality in Dolby Atmos Multiplex theaters which the Vista Cinemas are popular for. They can also be more relaxed in Vista Cinemas’ recliner seats.

The VIP Theaters provide movie-goers a more private, relaxed and luxurious atmosphere while the larger-than-life screen of the only IMAX with Laser in the country will bring to life some of the most anticipated movies of the year.

Vista Cinemas’ IMAX with Laser theater is using the latest technology to deliver breathtaking images and 12-channel sound for an even greater dynamic range, giving the ultimate in audio immersion.
