Marvel movie fans, a new special look trailer for Black Widow just dropped!

Just last month, we got the first trailer for the Black Widow movie which put Natasha Romanoff's family of assassins into the spotlight. In this new video, we get to see more of the film's main villain: Taskmaster.

Check out the Black Widow special look trailer below:

Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow, also known as Natasha Romanoff, has surely made her mark in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), especially after her fate in Avengers: Endgame. But the story of the Avengers' espionage expert doesn't end with Endgame. In this upcoming movie, we'll get to see the story of Natasha after the events of Captain America: Civil War and before Avengers: Infinity War.

As the first trailer for Black Widow already revealed, Natasha brings together her family of assassins in this new film, namely Yelena Belova, Melina, and Alexei - the Red Guardian. In this new video, we get to see the encounter between Black Widow and Taskmaster, the masked villain of the film who wields a shield and has the ability to copy one's fighting style upon seeing it. One of the interesting scenes in this sequence shows Taskmaster wielding a shield and even throwing it, resemblant to Captain America's signature move. As for who is under that mask, it seems that we'll only know when we see the film in cinemas.

Directed by Cate Shortland, Black Widow is set for release on May 1, 2020. It stars Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz, and David Harbour alongside Johansson. The film launches the Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, to be followed by The Eternals in November.
