A new trailer has just been released for Block Z, a zombie film from Star Cinema and Mikhail Red, the acclaimed director of films Birdshot, Eerie, and Dead Kids.

With Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto on the lead roles, the film puts a group of students in the middle of a zombie-infested campus. The trailer is already action-packed, with scenes of an axe-wielding Julia and stars Ian Veneracion and Dimples Romana gunning down the undead. Also part of the cast are McCoy de Leon, Maris Racal, Yves Flores, and Ina Raymundo.
Directed by Mikhail Red, Block Z will open in theaters this January 29, 2020. You can also check out Red's other films Birdshot, Eerie, and Dead Kids, available for streaming on Netflix.
