After getting the Disney fans excited with the first look of the upcoming Lady and The Tramp live-action film, the first full trailer has finally arrived at Disney's D23 Expo.
Have a peek of how the story unfolds between the refined dog Lady and the tough mutt Tramp in this trailer:
This film coming to the streaming service Disney+ is based on the 1995 animated musical film of the same name, which was produced by Walt Disney himself. It was followed by a sequel six years later titled Lady and The Tramp II: Scamp's Revenge.
Lady and The Tramp follows the romantic adventure of the two dogs: Lady, a female cocker spaniel who was raised by an upper middle-class family, and the Tramp, who is a stray mutt living his life out on the streets. After two scheming Siamese cats put Lady into trouble, she finds herself loose on the streets and was rescued by the Tramp. The latter shows her the "collar-free" life, and despite their differences, Lady soon falls in love with him. In this journey, the two dogs would learn the real value of home alongside each other.
The upcoming live-action film is streaming straight to Disney+ on November 12. It stars the voices of Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux alongside Janelle Monae, Ashley Jensen, Benedict Wong, Sam Elliot, and more with the direction of Charlie Bean.
