Logan 

Directed by James Mangold, it is the tenth installment in the X-Men film series, as well as the third and final Wolverine film following X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) and The Wolverine (2013). The film follows Logan on his final adventure in the post-apocalyptic future when mutants are almost extinct. A despondent Logan looks after a sick Professor X in a hideout on the Mexican border. His attempts to hide from the world ends when a mysterious woman appears and requests that he makes sure the extraordinary young girl is safe. It stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant and Dafne Keen.


 

Friend Request 

Directed by Simon Verhoeven, a popular student named Laura suddenly accepts a friend request and unfriends a mysterious girl online. She then finds herself fighting a demonic presence that wants to make her lonely by killing all her closest friends, one by one. It stars Alycia Debnam-Carey, William Moseley and Connor Paolo.

Baka Bukas 

Directed by Samantha Lee, it tells the story of Alex who is a twenty-something creative in Manila. She is out to most people except for her best friend Jess who she has been in love with since they were kids. When Jess finds out about it, they are forced to confront the feelings they have for each other. It stars Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Louise de los Reyes. 


 

A Dog's Purpose 

Directed by Lasse Hallström, it is based on a novel of the same name by W. Bruce Cameron. It shares the surprising story of a devoted dog who finds his purpose in life through the lives of the humans he teaches to laugh and love in different lifetimes. The film stars Britt Robertson, KJ Apa, Juliet Rylance, John Ortiz, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Peggy Lipton, Dennis Quaid and Josh Gad.


 

T2 Trainspotting 

Directed by Danny Boyle, it is based on the characters created by Irvine Welsh in his novel Trainspotting. After 20 years of estrangement, Mark Renton returns to Edinburgh, Scotland from Amsterdam and reunites with his old friends Sick Boy, Spud and Begbie. It stars Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller, Robert Carlyle and Kelly Macdonald. 


 

The Shack 

A faith-based drama film directed by Stuart Hazeldine, it is based on the 2007 novel of the same name by William P. Young. After suffering a family tragedy, a father spirals into a deep depression causing him to question his beliefs. He then receives a mysterious invitation to meet with God at a place called "The Shack." The film stars Sam Worthington, Octavia Spencer, and Graham Greene.


 

Tatlong Bibe 

Directed by Joven Tan, it is a story about love and hope, and of giving, sharing, and forgiving. It stars Eddie Garcia, Rita Avila, Sharlene San Pedro, Victor Neri, Edgar Allan Guzman, Luis Alandy, Ronnie Lazaro, Dionisia Pacquiao, Anita Linda, JK Labajo and Angel Aquino. 


 

Day Of Reckoning 

Fifteen years ago, the world was plagued with evil creatures which caused a global disaster. Now, they have returned for a full day to purge the Earth's population because of a lunar eclipse. One family will battle against these creatures to save themselves and seal the breach. It stars Jackson Hurst, Heather McComb and Jay Jay Warren.
