Make the feast extra special with the traditional Yee Sang or Yu Shang, a popular practice also known as the ‘Prosperity Toss.’ Yee Sang consists of more than 20 ingredients all chosen for its symbolism and is considered to be a must-have dish for Chinese New Year festivities to attract happiness, wealth and good fortune.
