Five Things Every Fitness Newbie Should Know Before Hitting the Gym

1. Create a plan and make it a habit.

Congratulations! After putting it off for so long, you've finally decided to start on your own fitness journey! Now what? 

The first thing to do is to jot down the specific things you want to achieve. Do you want to lose or maintain your weight? Do you want to be strong or gain some muscle?
