A.S. Watson Group, world’s largest international health and beauty retailer, and Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading superapp, just launched their Philippine partnership last July 14, making essentials such as medicines and self-care products more accessible to Filipinos.
The two leading brands entered into a cooperation agreement on these fronts:
- Watsons x GrabMart Consumers can also enjoy more ways to shop for Watsons health and beauty products online through GrabMart! The tie-up is initially available in Metro Manila and Cebu and will expand to all Grab serviceable areas soon. Consumers can order for their groceries and other essentials and have them delivered to their doorstep in 60 minutes.
- Watsons Online x GrabExpress: consumers can order for their health and beauty essentials online and have it delivered in 5 hours or less through Watsons App’s Express Delivery service. This service is co-powered by Grab’s delivery service, GrabExpress.
- Watsons x GrabPay: Shoppers can also use Grab’s in-app wallet, GrabPay to pay for their Watsons purchases both online and offline. Even better, consumers can earn points whenever they pay for their essentials using GrabPay. These points can be exchanged into exciting perks and discounts through GrabRewards.
Watson’s partnership with Grab is part of a broader offline and online regional collaboration between the two brands announced in early 2021. It covers six countries including the Philippines.

The partnership between Grab and Watsons aims to provide consumers with a safe and seamless online shopping experience, along with a faster and more reliable delivery service.
Watsons’ extensive online and offline network, now joined by Grab’s on-demand delivery fleet, play an important role in the customer journey and form a critical foundation for making express delivery possible. This partnership brings both Grab and Watsons online footprints available in both brands’ platforms.
