The newest addition to City of Dreams Manila’s lineup of stellar Chinese restaurants, Jing Ting is a casual dining outlet that offers hearty hand-pulled noodles and dim sum focusing on Beijing and Northern Chinese cuisine. An expansive open kitchen allows diners to take a first-hand look while their dishes are prepared a la minute.
The venue showcases sumptuous dishes such as the “Genghis Khan” Roasted Prime Beef Short Ribs, “Xinjiang Style” Spicy Lamb Skewer with Cumin Spices, Hand-pulled Noodles in Beef Broth, and Beijing Pork "Jiao Zi" Dumpling.
Chinese Chef de Cuisine Yang Chen Fei helms the kitchen at Jing Ting. He is known for preparing a bowl of delightful hand-pulled noodles in 2 minutes and 600 dumplings in an hour.
