This June marks the 22nd birthday of Brothers Burger, founded by the Jose brothers in 1999, introducing flame-grilled burgers and other comfort food with their own gourmet touch. It has then expanded to offer more than just burgers; its current menu includes a wide array of comfort food favorites like hotdogs, sandwiches, wings, quesadillas, healthy wraps, and more.
For their anniversary month, the restaurant is cooking up something extra special to celebrate the occasion — an Anniversary Special meal fit for a burger party be it in their stores or at the comfort of your home!
For P395, the Anniversary Special rounds up a limited-edition burger, Brothers Burgers’ new Oh! Truffle Fries, and for dessert, the Brothers Churros served with a dip of your choice.
Funky 4-Cheese Burger
For the cheese-obsessed, this new burger is made just for your tastebuds. The burger features cheese sauce, sliced cheese, feathered cheese, and cream cheese for a cheese-tastic explosion in every big bite. Adding texture and more flavor to this cheesy burger are crispy onion rings and mushrooms. It’s the type of mouthwatering burger that’s bound to get messy with every bite, but that’s also the fun part about noshing a meaty, juicy sandwich.
The Anniversary Special comes with the Oh! Truffle Fries, a new side dish that will become a mainstay on the menu by July. This is pretty straightforward truffle-flavored fries which makes for a solid pairing with the Funky 4-Cheese Burger. If you love it extra crispy like myself, pop it in the toaster for 2-3 minutes and they’re pop-in-your-mouth addicting. The Anniversary Meal also includes the Brothers Churros. That’s 6 pieces of the deep-fried dessert that you can enjoy with either a caramel or chocolate dip!
