Over at the multi-awarded Spiral restaurant, indulge in an assortment of succulent and tender meats spread across 21 dining ateliers. Expert culinary artisans present exclusive signature dishes such as cassoulet toulousain from the French Stove, Beef-wrapped asparagus from the Japanese Atelier, peking duck roll from the Chinese atelier, wagyu beef rump from the Churrasco, and lechon from the Filipino atelier.
Father’s Day at Spiral is available for brunch and dinner on June 20, 2021. Rates are set at Php 3,900 for dinner while brunch starts at Php 4,500.
